As the founding partner of our law firm, Att. E. Erman Öncel has taken part in numerous large-scale multi-jurisdictional deals representing both the buy and the sell sides. He is also highly experienced in intra-shareholder disputes and M&A related lawsuits with a good success track record.

Att. Buğra Aydın has broad experience in Turkish media & entertainment law, IT Law, corporate law, international commercial law and competition law matters. Att. Buğra Aydın has provided assistance on a wide spectrum to international media & entertainment companies both for their day-to-day legal operations in the areas of labor law, corporate law and press law, as well as handling all aspects of M&A transactions and various applications made to public and private institutions. Furthermore, Att. Buğra Aydın has also drafted many contracts concerning media law, international commercial law, IT Law and corporate law and was involved in numerous international dispute resolutions. Att. Buğra Aydın provides online reputation protection services to international and national clients and legal advice and attorney services for various IT law related needs of the companies. In addition, Att. Buğra Aydın conducted intra-company investigations and prepared compliance reports regarding white collar crimes in order to ensure that foreign and local companies are operating within the boundaries of the Turkish legal system. He has also published several academic articles regarding competition law and international law. Att. Att. Cemal Umut Uygun advises his clients with respect to preparation, review and revision of all types of contracts that are required within the course of business, including but not limited to contractor agreements, sale/purchase agreements and construction agreements. Also having significant expertise in debt collection, Att. Cemal Umut Uygun provides consultation and attorney services during enforcement proceedings, lawsuits and settlement procedures. Att. After working as an administrative court judge for 30 years in Istanbul and retiring as the Chief Judge of Erzurum Regional Administrative Court, Att. Saadet Öncel joined our law firm as a counsel providing legal consultancy in the areas of zoning law, tax law, land and real estate law, laws regarding public officials and other areas of administrative law.
Att. Saadet Öncel has long history of success in lawsuits for the annulment of expropriations and zoning plans in administrative law and repeal of tax penalties and sanctions.
